Lucia de la Torre is an andalusian illustrator, born in Cádiz (1998). Graduated in Fine Arts in the University of Seville (2021), and currently studing a Master’s degree in Illustration in Granada.

Her work features an abundance of landscape drawings and interesting characters with a lot of story behind them. 

Her goal is to illustrate books that inspire people from all ages. And show the world the history of different places she travels to. She always carry a sketchbook with some ink pens in her bag, because there will be something she needs to draw, even in the middle of the street.

Her work is a mix of traditional and digital techniques. Her  traditional tools are graphite, ink pens, gouache, watercolors and acrylic. And for digital works, use the iPad Air (2019) and the XP-Pen Artist 22R Pro Professional Graphics Display, using Procreate and Clip Studio Paint.

Lucía de la Torre es una ilustradora andaluza, nacida en Cádiz. Se graduó en Bellas Artes en la Universidad de Sevilla (2021), y actualmente está cursando un máster de Ilustración en Granada.

Su trabajo presenta una gran cantidad de dibujos de paisajes y personajes interesantes con mucha historia detrás.

Su objetivo es ilustrar libros que inspiren a personas de todas las edades. Y mostrar al mundo la historia de los diferentes lugares a los que viaja. Siempre lleva un cuaderno de bocetos con algunos bolígrafos de tinta en su bolso, porque habrá algo que necesite dibujar, incluso en medio de la calle.

Su trabajo es una mezcla de técnicas tradicionales y digitales. Sus herramientas tradicionales son el grafito, los bolígrafos de tinta, el gouache, las acuarelas y el acrílico. Y para trabajos digitales, use el iPad Air (2019) y la pantalla gráfica profesional XP-Pen Artist 22R Pro, usando Procreate y Clip Studio Paint.
